Would you work with someone who isn’t licensed?
Just like how doctors have a National Provider Identifier (NPI), licensed insurance agents must have a NPN. A National Producer Number is an identifier the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) use to make sure the person you’re working with is licensed in your state.
